We are so glad to book through the company Surprise. Everything was easy from confidence in sending money, meals, accommodations, pick up and drop off at airport and at Zanzibar Beach and also at the beach resort. Great service from Frank, he was always available to answer any questions we had. Our guide, Shedy during the safari was excellent. He is very knowledgeable & experience. We booked them for a six days trip to Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Manyara and Serengeti. I and my family had a great moment. safari through Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Manyara, Arusha NP our taylor-made safari was extremely well organised! our vehicle was well maintained and the guide had excellent knowledge of wildlife, including birds! we did not just rush to see the big five, but spent time looking at other wildlife with our guide explaining their ecology and behaviour. excellent experience before, during and after the trip!
