1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Surprise Adventure (“we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking, clients (“you”, “the traveler”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
  • Correct traveler information including full legal name must be provided.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to check booking details and notify us of any errors.
3. Payments
  • Deposits are required to secure reservations; balance payments are due before the tour start date.
  • Payments may be made by bank transfer, authorized payment link, or other approved methods.
  • Bank charges or transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.
4. Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your trip, the following penalties apply:

  • More than 60 days before arrival: Deposit only
  • 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of total cost
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 75% of total cost
  • 14 days or less before arrival: 100% (no refund)

Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.

5. Amendments

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements
  • Clients must ensure passports, visas, vaccination requirements, and travel insurance are valid.
  • We accept no responsibility for denied entry due to insufficient travel documentation.
7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the traveler’s responsibility. Insurance should cover medical, cancellation, and personal belongings.

8. Health & Safety
  • Guests must inform us of medical conditions, disabilities, or food allergies prior to booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a traveler’s participation may pose risks to themselves or others.
9. Wildlife & Adventure Activities

Surprise Adventure operates tours in natural environments where wildlife is unpredictable. Clients must follow all instructions from guides for their safety. We are not liable for incidents resulting from failure to comply.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

11. Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services when necessary for operational or safety reasons. Substitutions provided will be of equal or similar standard.

12. Responsibility & Liability
  • We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers and are not liable for actions of third parties.
  • We are not responsible for loss of property, illness, personal injury, or death during the trip.
