Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in Arusha, Tanzania, you'll be greeted by your safari guide. After breakfast, the safari adventure begins as you depart for Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees that dot the landscape. Today, you'll bid farewell to Tarangire and set off for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Your day will be dedicated to exploring the central or southern regions of the Serengeti, where the wildebeest migration may be taking place depending on the time of year. This is the opportunity of a lifetime to witness thousands of wildebeests and zebras in their epic migration, as well as predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards who follow the herds in search of easy prey.

Continuing your journey through the Serengeti, today you'll head either to the western or northern regions, depending on the movement of the herds. The western Serengeti is famous for its dramatic river crossings, where wildebeests bravely navigate crocodile-infested waters during their migration. On the other hand, the northern Serengeti is known for its abundance of big cats and offers a chance to witness thrilling predator-prey interactions.

Leaving the Serengeti behind, you'll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The highlight of this area is undoubtedly the Ngorongoro Crater, a vast caldera teeming with wildlife.
